This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Rakam websites, applications, virtual numbers, message delivery features and related services. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies during the waitlist, trial and paid-service stages.
You may use Rakam only for accounts, organizations and workflows you are authorized to control. A virtual number must not be used to impersonate another person, misrepresent residency or create a false business identity.
You must not use Rakam to create account farms, evade platform suspensions, exploit referral programs, manipulate promotions or maintain multiple accounts where a third-party service prohibits them.
Rakam may not be used for harassment, threats, exploitation, malware distribution, trafficking, illegal goods or services, intellectual-property infringement, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Do not share account credentials, attempt to access another user’s messages, probe Rakam infrastructure, bypass rate limits or interfere with service security. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to info@rakam.app.
Rakam may restrict, suspend or terminate access; withhold or release numbers; preserve relevant records; and cooperate with service providers or lawful authorities when we reasonably identify prohibited activity. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, repetition and risk to users or telecom partners.
Report suspected abuse to info@rakam.app. Include relevant dates, numbers and supporting information without sending passwords or full payment credentials.
