This Privacy Policy explains what information Rakam ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to rakam.app and our mobile applications.

• Account data: your email address and authentication details.
• Payment data: processed by Paddle.com. We do not store your full card details.
• Service data: the virtual number assigned to you and metadata about SMS/OTP messages routed to your account (sender, timestamp, and message content delivered to you).
• Technical data: approximate country/city derived from IP, device type, and usage analytics.

• To provide and maintain your virtual number and deliver incoming messages;
• To process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse;
• To communicate service updates, security notices, and support replies;
• To improve the Service and understand which regions we serve.

We share data only with processors necessary to run the Service:

• Paddle.com — payment processing and Merchant of Record;
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting;
• Telecom partners — number provisioning and SMS delivery;
• Vercel — website and application hosting.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Message content is retained only as long as needed to deliver it to you and is then deleted on a rolling basis.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@rakam.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
