We want you to be satisfied with Rakam. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on your subscription. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the Service has not been substantially used (for example, the assigned number has not been used to receive a significant volume of verification messages). Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings to stop future renewals. Because you retain access until the end of the paid period, renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun. If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will review it in good faith.
Email support@rakam.app with the email address used at purchase and your order or receipt number (from your Paddle confirmation email). We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
